As a certified childbirth educator in Wichita, Kansas, I teach high-quality, evidenced-based, in-person childbirth classes to help you make informed decisions, feel confident in your body, and tell an amazing birth story.

Who should take a childbirth education course?
If you are first-time parents, desire an unmedicated birth, are preparing for a VBAC, looking for a more positive experience from a previous birth - there's no expecting mother (or father!) who wouldn't benefit.
Comprehensive Childbirth Class (10 weeks)
***Fall 2024 Update: I am only offering hybrid class options for the rest of the year. Couples receive 1-year access to online video classes + schedule several 60 minute in person meet ups with me for hands-on demonstrations, relaxation techniques, and have your specific questions answered! Reach out for more information.
The comprehensive class will help you prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth and beyond. Expecting mothers (and fathers!) will finish feeling confident, fearless, and ready to meet their baby! Perfect for couples planning a hospital, home, or birth center birth. In-person classes are fun, make lifelong memories with your spouse, and connect you with other new parents!
