About Me

Hey, there! I'm Sammi O'Neal. I'm the wife to my best friend, Brian, mommy to three amazing boys, and a follower of Jesus! Brian and I are celebrating ten years of marriage and with a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 1 year old - we're really in the thick of this parenting thing, haha! Parenting is the most humbling and rewarding job we've ever had and we're so grateful.

I became a certified childbirth educator because I know firsthand what preparing for my first pregnancy and birth did for me and my husband! We took the Birth Boot Camp comprehensive course in 2018 and it was such a fun way to truly prepare together for meeting our firstborn son. We went on dates before class, we had tons of great conversations about what we hoped for as a family, and Brian learned how to be my biggest support and comfort in the thick of labor and delivery. He's been my rock every time!

Because of what high-quality birth education did for me and my family, I'm so excited to help more expecting mamas experience their own incredible birth.
